Memory Wellness Group Programs

MemoryMinders Memory Wellness Group Programs

Group programs facilitated by MemoryMinders are an educational, interactive, mentally stimulating and social way to promote memory wellness.  These groups, designed for those interested or concerned about their own memory wellness, assist individuals to engage   mentally and socially in a supportive, fun environment.  Documented and felt improvement in cognitive wellness has been noted by members of MemoryMinders group programs.

Sessions of MemoryMinders group programs can include:

  • Education on Brain and Memory Wellness
  • Original MemoryMinders mentally challenging activities, games & events
  • Helpful everyday Memory Strategies & Tips
  • Mild Physical Exercise
  • Humor, Support & Creativity

MemoryMinders Wellness Groups typically meet once or twice weekly for 1.5-2 hours in length.  Contact MemoryMinders for current locations, rates, enrollment openings or if you are interested in having MemoryMinders facilitate a group near you.
